Monthly Community Breathwork Circle

As we move out of winter and into the early days of spring, there’s often a quiet shift happening beneath the surface.
Winter can ask us to turn inward — to reflect, to conserve, to slow down. Spring begins to bring movement again. Not all at once, but gradually. Subtly. A transition from stillness into forward motion.
This gathering offers space to move with that transition gently.
Not by forcing change.
Not by pushing energy.
But by allowing your body to settle, breathe, and reorient at its own pace.
We’ll begin with grounding practices to help you arrive fully in the space, move into an active breathwork session supported by music, and close with integration and optional sharing.
There’s no expectation to arrive with clarity or intention. You’re invited to come exactly as you are — whether you’re feeling energized by the seasonal shift or still carrying the heaviness of winter.
This is a steady, low-pressure space to breathe, reset, and be human together.

This circle may be supportive if you're:

No prior breathwork experience is needed.
This space is about steadiness, not spectacle.

About being present together — just as we are.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior, 6:45 pm, and settle in with some tea. Our circle starts right at 7:00pm

• This venue is commutable within NJ and from NYC

• Bus Stop: Palisade Ave at Hutton Street (1.5 Blocks from Venue). NJ Transit lines 84 (Beregenwood to Jersey City), 86 (Union City to Jersey City), 87 (Hoboken to Jersey City), and 123 (New York Port Authority to Jersey City)
• Street parking is available with a 4 hour limit (Please allow adequate time to find parking. It can be...challenging lol)

• Please allow for extra travel time whether you're driving or commuting as traffic tends to pull in this area.
