There will be some chatting, then a bit of speeching and stretching at 9am.
Our Meetup Mini - a little nugget of stellar info - will be provided by Kelly Harrick, owner of Stretch Zone Brookside. She'll tell us why stretching is important and lead us in low key stretch. Nope, you don't need to wear yoga pants. You absolutely can but the stretch session won't require it.
