Our program is centered on our monthly meetings where we seek to enlighten, encourage, and empower at-risk youth to become tomorrow's leaders. Participants of Real Talk are expected to attend four monthly "Change One" meetings and one mandatory career prep class. These meetings include our monthly speakers and closing guest speaker; who share their personal life experiences in hopes to inspire, encourage, and motivate them to be productive citizens.
