In this workshop series, weโll explore each chakra in depth. Creating a sacred supportive container to expand your consciousness and knowledge of each chakra. The intention is to empower you on your journey as you develop your own unique road map to greater health & wellness.
Each session includes a recalibration of your energy system, guided by Jen using essential oils, alchemized crystal sound bowls and other instrumentsโculminating in a beautiful 60 minute sound bath designed to restore balance and harmony.
You can expect leaving each session with:
+ Greater awareness of how chakras function within you
+ Opportunity to release emotional blockages & stuck or stagnant energies
+ Calm and peaceful nervous system
+ Greater immune function, sleep and vitality
+ Journal prompts, mantras, mudras or other yogic practices to take home and explore on your own
