Requirements:

Claude subscription: This session requires a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan. A free account will not have access to Claude Design.

Come with these assets ready to upload:

• Your headshot (JPG or PNG)
• Your brokerage logo (PNG preferred)
• Your brand colors (a screenshot of your business card works)
• One existing marketing piece you like (a flyer, postcard, or presentation)
• Property details for the flyer you want to build during class (address, price, key features, open house date/time if applicable)
