This two-day workshop brings theory and practice together the Montessori 6 – 12 guides. Whether you have a 6 – 9, 9 – 12 or combined 6 – 12 group we will give you practical guidance of how to plan and deliver lessons and then support the children’s independent work. We have chosen frequently incorrectly presented and under-used materials. Lesser-known lessons will be prioritized.
The two-day workshop is comprised of eight 1 ½ hour presentations with comfort breaks in-between. We ask that participants arrive at 8:30 so that we can start promptly at 9:00. Arriving a little early allows for everyone to greet one another and settle themselves to be fully focused when we begin. We recommend that you plan to leave by 4:30 to allow for connection and discussion with fellow participants after closing at 4:00 pm.
