Impaired driving continues to take lives, devastate families and affect communities across Montana. Reducing those crashes will take stronger prevention, effective enforcement, thoughtful policy and community involvement.
The Montana DUI Reform Summit will bring together law enforcement, members of the judiciary, prosecutors, advocates, businesses, policymakers and the public for a statewide conversation about practical solutions.
From 4:00–6:00 p.m., attendees can take part in an immersive DUI Experience focused on the real-world consequences of impaired driving. Speakers and expert panels begin at 6:00 p.m., with discussion around prevention, enforcement, repeat offenses, treatment, safe-ride programs and potential policy reforms.
Community input will be an important part of the evening as conversations begin to take shape ahead of the 2027 legislative session.
