Awaken & Adventure: Finding Flow in Forest & Water is a 5-day, 4-night women's retreat designed to help you reconnect—with nature, with others, and with yourself. Nestled in breathtaking Whitefish, each day offers a fluid blend of soul-nourishing yoga to prepare you for the day ahead or reset from the day's adventures, outdoor exploration, and shared moments that ground and uplift.
You’ll journey along the legendary Going-to-the-Sun Road, take in the grandeur of Glacier National Park with a pick-your-own hiking adventure where you can explore on your own or with others, and cruise across the shimmering waters of Flathead Lake to Horse Island aboard a pontoon. In your free time, enjoy on-site, kayaking, paddleboarding, fly fishing, hike or e-bike rides through serene local trails.
Evenings invite connection around the bonfire, an alfresco dinner under star-strewn skies, and the kind of laughter that lingers. Whether you’re drawn to quiet reflection or spirited adventure, this retreat invites you to move with intention, breathe deeply, find your own flow and return home more connected.
This special retreat is intentionally intimate, with only 10 rooms available at our serene mountainside retreat center. Nestled in nature, the venue offers peaceful lodging surrounded by towering peaks and tranquil trails—an ideal setting for deep rest, soulful connection, and adventure. Designed exclusively for women, this experience is a celebration of sisterhood, renewal, and shared joy.
