Filippo Gambetta offers a concert of his own compositions dedicated to BalFolk, in a concert for solo accordion. Filippo has collaborated with important folk music artists such as Riccardo Tesi, Nuala Kennedy, Jean Michel Veillon and was a member of the Liguriani. He currently plays in the trio Maestrale and with the duo Choropo.
Cadansa, Etétrad, Dafodil, Rudolstadt Festival, Les Basaltiques are some of the Bal Folk festivals where Filippo brought his music. He has performed with Emilyn Stam at major festivals such as the Vienna Accordion Festival. His album „Otto Baffi“ was the best Italian folk music album, winning the Loano award (an important Italian recognition)
