Join us for a group run meeting at the Monserate Mountain Preserve Trail Head at 6:30am PST. Each loop is only 4.5 miles, but it is spicy and STEEP! Run/hike 1 loop, 2 loops or more, followed by social time and snacks in the parking lot.
Our long runs will always start together, we watch out for each other, but don't necessarily stay or finish together - so all paces and skill levels are welcome - from hike to survival shuffle to mountain goat! Please download the GPX file in the comments.
