Monroe Institute® Exploring Consciousness Workshop
About this Event
An opportunity to explore more of who you are.
This intensive weekend self-empowerment workshop authorized by the Monroe Institute® and facilitated by a Monroe Institute® Certified Outreach Trainer, offers consciousness exploration, self-discovery, and personal transformation. It is based on the first two days of Monroe's acclaimed 5-day residential Gateway Voyage® program and introduces Focus 10 and Focus 12 - expanded states of consciousness used to better understand your Total Self and access untapped inner resources.
Explore with Hemi-Sync®
Guided Hemi-Sync® neural entrainment audio exercises use specially designed stereo sound to support focused relaxation and exploration of expanded states of awareness.
Participants typically report:
· Access to inner guidance; enhanced meditation, intuition, and creativity
· Expanded awareness; mental calm and clarity; deep physical relaxation
· Insights regarding life issues; release of fears and limiting beliefs
· Stress reduction; improved sleep; more energy for daily life
· Effective problem solving; enhanced concentration and learning
· Greater synchronicity and a greater knowing of the Total Self
· Although not as common, some participants report communication with deceased loved ones, out-of-body experiences (OBEs), and various mystical experiences
Return home with experience, knowledge, and skills to access and benefit from these expanded states.
