You are welcome to attend any Antenatal session and/or course in Gwent; however, we strongly advise you to attend the borough in which you live to ensure you receive the best information and support possible.

Sign up to our antenatal Solihull course that takes place over 6 weeks (1.5 hours per week) and is completely free.

This course is for those who would like to learn more about pregnancy, your developing baby, brain development, relationships, giving birth and what to expect when your baby arrives. A midwife will be present for two of the sessions to help you understand the signs and stages of labour, birth positions and pain relief.

I t is recommended that the mother should be 20+ weeks pregnant to attend the course. Partner, relative or friend are more than welcome. Booking onto the first session will automatically secure your space for the full 6 weeks, please see the below dates.

Mae croeso i chi fynychu unrhyw sesiwn Cyn Geni ac/neu yng Ngwent; fodd bynnag, rydym yn eich cynghori’n gryf i fynychu yn y fwrdeistref yr ydych yn byw ynddi er mwn sicrhau eich bod yn derbyn y wybodaeth a’r gefnogaeth orau posib.
