Hailing from the depths of the west country's darkest crevices and armed with a set of technics, Monkey Bizzle set the scene alight with their rib-tickling hip-hop, funk. With more dreads than an anxiety attack, the Bizzle swing through genres with tounge-in-cheek sarcasm over the deepest of grooves that not even a lathe could cut. High energy lyrics and a Scrumpy & Western charm, like west country's The Wurzels meets the Streets, MB's own blend of “agricultural” rap makes this apt for the local crusty scene.
