About this Event
If you've ever had a vision for your farm but weren't sure how to turn it into a real, financially stable business—or found yourself juggling production demands while trying to figure out pricing, planning, and where to even start—you're not alone.
In this workshop, we'll walk you through the full picture of what it takes to move from an idea to a fully functioning, sustainable agricultural business. From land access and production systems to business planning, financial management, and market connections. You'll leave with a clearer roadmap, useful tools, and the confidence to build a farm that is both productive and profitable.
Workshop Objectives:
- Identify the key inputs and resources needed to start or grow a farm business and how to assess your readiness
- Understand production systems and how to align them with your farm goals and capacity
- Build a strong business model, including pricing, marketing, and financial planning
- Connect with support networks, resources, and programs that can help move your farm forward
