Join me every Monday for Monday Rest & Restore in a beautiful, plant-filled salon that radiates peace and tranquility. We'll flow through a gentle blend of warming and soothing Hatha yoga, finishing with an extended Savasana to set your intentions for the week ahead. Come relax, restore, and find calm in this serene space. All levels welcome, totally inclusive and non judgemental!

Notes:

Please don't drink alcohol or coffee for at least 3 hours before event. The classroom is on the ground floor so fully accessible.
Suitable for pregnancy as I can make full modifications and it's a very gentle yoga practice.

What to bring:

A yoga mat

Wear comfortable clothes

Your own cup if you have a favourite one.

A bottle of water to stay hydrated.

A blanket/cushion to get really comfortable.

Your gorgeous selves.

*Yoga mats will be provided so just bring your own if you'd like extra padding.
