Come receive a sacred hour of bathing in light and sound, designed to reconnect you with your eternal self-consciousness. Through intentional sound frequencies, light infusions, and guided presence, you will release false self-identifications and embody your divine formless awareness within your soul and light body.
Led by Elasa, this weekly sacred appointment is an invitation to let go, rest, and realign with the truth of who you are: an eternal soul here to master and realize yourself fully.
You may choose to:
• Recline comfortably in one of our chairs
• Sit upright on a meditation cushion or chair
• Stretch out on a provided yoga mat
If you prefer your own yoga mat, meditation cushion, or blanket, please bring them along.
