Monday Run Club: Free Weekly Trail Run in Mill Valley

Start your week on the trail. 👟

Monday Run Club is a free, all-levels weekly trail run through the beautiful trails of Mill Valley, built for people who run better with a little accountability and a lot of good company.

Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or just getting back into a movement practice, you belong here. This isn't about pace or performance. It's about showing up, moving your body, and starting your week with intention.

Here's how it works:

The evening before each run, you'll receive an email with our expected route (will be the most ideal route based on the fog map). We'll aim for runs to be approximately 60 mins.

We meet at the trailhead, take a moment for each person to dedicate their run and set a personal intention for the miles ahead, and then set off at our own paces. Intermittent meeting points along the route keep the group connected even when the trail spreads us out.

No one is left behind. No pressure to keep up. You are welcome to listen to music or take in the sounds of nature. Just you, the trail, and a group of people who chose to show up on a Monday morning.

• Running or trail shoes
• Water and anything else that keeps you happy on a run
• Good energy 🌿
