🌿 Monday Night Sound Meditation: A Journey of Rest and Healing 🌿Take a pause from the hustle of life and gift yourself an evening of deep rest and renewal. Join us for Monday Night Sound Meditation, now offered on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at Simply Graced Wellness Sanctuary. 🌙✨
Each gathering is a gentle invitation to return to yourself—through sound, stillness, and shared sacred space. Whether you're new to meditation or have a well-rooted practice, you're warmly welcomed into this nurturing circle.
✨ What to Expect:
A guided meditation to ground your energy and open your heart
Healing vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, ocean disc, Tibetan metal bowls, a crystal pyramid, and Native American frame drums
A loving and inclusive environment that honors each participant’s unique path
🧘♀️ Space to Rest:
You are welcome to lie down or sit—whatever feels best for your body. We have floor space for mats and cozy blankets, as well as chairs available for seated meditation. Let yourself get comfortable.
🕖 Arrival Time:
Please arrive by 7:00 PM. Doors will close promptly at 7:15 PM to preserve the peaceful container of the session.
🌟 What to Bring:
A yoga mat or meditation cushion (chairs also provided)
A blanket, pillow, or anything to make you feel cozy
Warm socks or a favorite sweater
A journal to capture insights or reflections
Crystals or personal items to place nearby for charging or intention setting
An open heart and a willingness to receive
