Monday Night Santuary: Restorative yoga, Reiki + Yoga NidraJoin Tara Briggs for a deeply calming 90-minute restorative experience designed to help regulate the nervous system and support deep rest.
You’ll be guided into supported, soothing poses that encourage the body to soften and the mind to slow. Optional Reiki, essential oils, heated eye masks, and gentle hands-on assists during will be offered.
The evening will close with an extended savasana featuring guided yoga nidra.

Come as you are. Leave grounded, regulated, and restored.
Because this workshop is intentionally intimate and limited to 12 participants, early registration is strongly encouraged. Due to the limited number of spots, a 24-hour cancellation policy is in place for this workshop. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event cannot be refunded or credited.
