YOUR voice, telling YOUR story is a gift. Not only to those hearing it, but to your own heart by releasing it. "Lip Service" is the group of women who brought you the performances of Vagina Monolouges. These women formed a bond that has lasted long beyond the final bow of the final show. Through their shared experience of reading the words of other women, they found power in their unity, power in their voices.
Join Lip Service for a Monday evening gathering of women.
We'll start off with a Sound Meditation to melt away the stress of the outside world.
We'll have some soups available and invite you to bring a snack or dish to share if you'd like. We'll break bread and build community.
And we'll talk. About life. About struggles. About successes. Fears, dreams, and obstacles overcome. There is power in sharing the story of you. Won't you come share yours?
