Iyengar Yoga is for everyone, whether it's your first class or you have practised before. Being inclusive is at the heart of my teaching and everyone is welcome.
Please bring a mat if you have one, although I do have some spares. All other equipment is provided although you can bring your own props if you prefer.
Mondays at 6.00pm for 1 hour. Price - £7 - Card or cash payments taken
