Monday night group run/walk
Advertisement
Group run every Monday.
Free. No registration.
Shoes hit the pavement at 6:30 pm sharp. Arrive early.
Every single Monday. We only cancel if there is dangerous weather. Uncomfortable weather = run. Dangerous = cancel.
3-mile default distance that can be adjusted to 1 or 2 if needed.
All paces welcome. Not everyone stays together on the run, but the route is on both sides of the street so you see everyone. Then everyone socializes after.
Walkers. Beginners. Parents with strollers.
2nd Monday of the month = pizza night.
Sometimes we have shoe and other product demos.
