Meet in the public parking lot behind the Bank of Sun Prairie, Angell Street, downtown Sun Prairie
6:00 PM
Depart on pre-determined route shared via Ride with GPS ahead of each ride
7-7:30 PM
Return to public parking lot. Optional socializing, food & beverage (self-paid) after each ride.
About the rides:
Riders wear a helmet.
Rides are self-supported (dress for the weather, have bike lights, bring water & snacks, have a cell phone).
A multi-speed road bicycle in good condition is recommended.
Riders are comfortable following a map or cue sheet, on their own if necessary.
Riders are comfortable riding in traffic, following the rules of the road, and riding in a group.
Riders maintain a 13-16 mph average speed with 1-2 short stops.
Rides range from 15-25 miles long on city streets and country roads.
