In 2019 the federal TAI CHI FOR VETERANS program went live and I joined a select crew of nationwide instructors with a shared mission & vision. As a Certified TaijiFit and Tai Chi for Veterans Instructor, I am honored and grateful to work with the Veteran community teaching Tai Chi as a Complementary & Integrative treatment for PTSD, pain management, stress, anxiety, plus so much more!Interested in attending classes either live right in your own neighborhood, or virtually? (Note that this class was initially designed as a drop-in solely for Veterans but in the last year or so I think we’ve all realized how valuable Tai Chi can be for EVERYONE! So if you’re a civilian interested in attending, simply reach out: if you’d prefer to attend virtually I'll be happy to email a link and can even take your credit card right over the phone . . . the cost will be $16.50 per class and there’ll be no contract, etc. Just come when you can and it’ll be WONDERFUL to have you join us!)
