A different way to begin the week.
Monday Morning at The Portal is a half-day, intentionally held container for starting the week from clarity rather than urgency.
Doors open at 8:30 AM, followed by a guided Somatic Clarity practice with Alanna from 9:00–9:55 AM. This embodied session is designed to help regulate the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and support a grounded orientation toward the week ahead.
After the opening practice, the space remains open until 1:00 PM. Participants are welcome to use the space in whatever way feels supportive—quiet work, reflection, gentle collaboration, journaling, or rest. There is no agenda and nothing to accomplish.
This is not a traditional class or coworking session.
It is a calm, spacious beginning—held with intention.
