With over a decade of experience behind some of the world’s most respected bars—including five years at  Tayer + Elementary in London— Bar Manager, Miriam Nini brings a refined, technique-driven approach to flavour and a deep appreciation for Thai culture and ingredients. Together with her colleague, Frank, they showcase a journey through  Bangkok’s past and present.
