Monday Mindfulness Group

During these weekly sessions, we will get the opportunity to find out how to bring mindfulness into your every day lives and connect as a friendly group.

A regular practice of mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, lead to better sleep, increase focus and allow space for creativity, as well as help you to better manage your emotions.

This group is inclusive to all and celebrates diversity.
