Monday Mindful Practice - Deep Stretch, Sound Bath, and Meditation.

Set yourself up for the week ahead - it can be hard once things get rolling.

This class is designed to bring light to the things that weigh us down. Bringing you lightness and ease at the start of the week. The class will be led by alternating instructors, Molly, Madison, and Joy. Each instructor brings a different approch to Yoga. The class session will end with a sound bath medtiation. This a a 20 minute immersive experience for vibrational sound sensations and verbally cued medtiation.

Higher Ground will provide yoga mats for up to12 people. Please also feel free to bring your own mat as well as blocks and water.
