A calm, welcoming and grounding weekly wellbeing session designed to give you space to simply pause, switch off and reset.
There is no pressure to share, speak, or have any previous experience...just come exactly as you are. No demands. No expectations. No one tugging at your attention. Just an hour dedicated entirely to you.
Together, we’ll focus on strengthening what is already going well in life, noticing gentle positive shifts we can make, and building supportive connections in a relaxed and safe environment.
You’ll also gain a simple understanding of how the brain can create and hold onto stress, anxiety and overwhelm, helping you make sense of why you may feel the way you do at times.
Each session will include gentle wellbeing exercises and practical tools that you can take away and use in everyday life, and we will always finish with calming breathwork and a soothing guided hypnosis relaxation to help you leave feeling lighter, calmer and more refreshed.
