Who Should Come

This session is for early-career staff working in universities — postdocs, research assistants, teaching fellows, professional services staff, and anyone who is part of a team but doesn't yet hold a formal leadership role. You don't need any prior knowledge of group working tools. You just need to be curious about working better with others and open to sharing your perspective.
