Monday Midday Sound Bath ✨Take a mindful pause in your day and join us for a nourishing Monday afternoon Sound Bath 🌿
🕐 12:15 – 1:15 PM
📍 St Wilfrid’s Parish Hall, Grappenhall Village
Allow the soothing sounds of gongs, bowls and chimes to bring you deep rest and reset your energy for the week ahead.
👉 Please bring along:
A yoga/gym mat
A blanket & pillow for comfort
Water
Optional eye mask
If lying down isn’t an option, you’re very welcome to sit in a chair and still enjoy the full benefits of the sound journey.
🚗 Free parking available. If the hall carpark is full, please use the Rams Head carpark just nearby.
A perfect midday reset to release stress, calm the mind and nurture your wellbeing
These sessions have advisories, please seek medical advice before you book if you are in your 1st trimester of pregnancy, have any metal in the brain, sound induced epilepsy, on antipsychotics medication & if you've had recently had any open surgery.
