Mindfulness and Meditation are both tools to develop our innate ability to wake up to our lives by becoming more present within our bodies and minute to minute in the unfolding of our lives.
From focused attention to wide open spacious natural awareness, mindfulness and meditation complement each other and are the building blocks for regulating emotions, easing stress, feeling more even-mindedness, and cultivating more compassion for ourselves and the world around us. Over time and with ongoing practice the emergence of an embodied, joyful and enhanced sense of well-being within everyday life blossoms.
Each Monday you’ll have the opportunity to experience a variety of mindfulness and meditation practices. This meditation practice series meets in-person for 1 hour each week. It is appropriate for beginners as well as those that are more experienced in their practice. Attendance at all 8 sessions isn’t required to attend! Drop-in when you can to attend all or some of the dates listed below.
