Please don't worry about being flexible, if you can breathe you can do Yoga!
Make your Monday evening a time to connect your body and breath and quieten your mind using the breathing techniques (pranayama) and postures (asana) of Yoga. We will finish class with a relaxing savasana to absorb all the benefits of our practice.
BREATHE . MOVE . CONNECT . RELAX
Wear, comfortable clothes you can move easily in and bring your own mat, water bottle and a cosy blanket for relaxation if you wish.
Drop-in - £9
(Flexible 6 class pass (valid for 3 months) - £48)
Booking is essential.
Completion of a health questionnaire is required before your first class.
