Join yoga and meditation teacher Mary on Monday evening from 5-6pm for an evening of Hatha Yoga at Hale Līhue on Rice St. in Lihue.
Enjoy a well-rounded Hatha Yoga practice in which we intelligently weave together the practices of Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. We will also pepper in restorative yoga, pranayama, and insight meditation.
Practice and classes will be appropriate and wonderful for all levels and students from beginning students to experienced practitioners and teachers.
Mary will bring yoga props for all to use during class. Please bring a yoga mat and there will also be a few mats available to borrow.
Schedule:
*Class will be held each Monday unless Mary is out of town to teach yoga elsewhere. All classes will be published on the Hale Līhu’e website and calendar.
Cost:
Monday classes will be donation-based, suggested donation is $5-$25 per person. Pls bring cash to donate or register via Mary’s website.
