Monday night magic in the MahaKula Room at Anuttara Yoga Shala with Rich Gausman. All are welcome to enjoy a deep sound mediation with the 62" Symphonic Gong and other instruments. No experience needed, come as you are to receive. Please bring a yoga mat and pillow. Some bolsters and pillows provided, first come first serve.
Weekly Gong Puja is offered by donation.
Doors are open by 7:30pm.
