About this Event

INTERMEDIATE: Independent swimmer who has transitioned off a bubble. Focus on swim strokes/techniques, independent jumping and early diving. Pool noodles, kick boards and barbells will be utilized.

ADVANCED: Independent swimmer. Focus on swim strokes/techniques, diving, underwater play and depth. Pool noodles, kick boards and barbells will be utilized.
