Help Monarchs on Their Journey
Join us for a weekend dedicated to the incredible Monarch migration and what you can do to support this endangered species. Learn, play, and witness the beauty of butterflies up close with hands-on activities for all ages.
🦋 Daily Monarch Butterfly Releases
11:30am | 1:30pm | 3:30pm
- Gather in our front pollinator garden to watch as Monarch butterflies take flight and begin their journey to Mexico.
🎯 Monarch Migration Challenge Game
Explore the greenhouse like a migrating Monarch!
- Pick up your Challenge Card and pencil/crayon at admissions
- Visit 5 Challenge Stations inside the greenhouse
- Roll the dice and see how far you get
- Return your pencil to the Gift Store for a Monarch sticker
🎨 Crafts & Colouring
Drop into the Monarch Classroom anytime during your visit
- Make your own Monarch headband
- Colour and learn with themed activity sheets
🧡 Sponsor a Monarch
Visit our information booth in the Insect Gallery to:
- Sponsor a Monarch and support conservation efforts
