Mom’s Herbal Toolkit Workshop: Empowering Self-Care with Natural Remedies
Sunday, May 4, 2025
2:00 pm-4:00 pm
Instructor: Lauren Tanner
Join us for a heart-centered workshop designed to help busy moms care for their families — and themselves — with gentle, effective herbs. We’ll start with tea service, refreshments, and a calming tea meditation. Then we will explore safe herbs for children, and learn simple remedies for common ailments. You’ll discover quick, restorative self-care practices and craft your own herbal bath or foot soak to take home. Leave feeling refreshed, connected, and confident in building your own herbal toolkit.
All supplies and ingredients will be provided for the workshop.
Lauren will provide an herbal craft market at the end of class to purchase handcrafted herbal remedies for common ailments. Payment can be taken via Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Registration includes admission to the beautiful gardens before class.
