DEAR MAMAS AND FUTURE MAMAS,

MOTHERHOOD IS A WILD RIDE. MAYBE BECOMING A MAMA HAS BEEN A LONG HARD ROAD. MAYBE YOU ARE A MAMA IN YOUR HEART BUT ARE STILL WAITING FOR YOUR LITTLE ONE. MAYBE YOU’RE PREGNANT AND FULL OF ANTICIPATION. MAYBE IT’S YOUR BABY’S FIRST YEAR AND YOU FIND YOURSELF GOOGLING WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH MY BABY OR EVEN WITH MYSELF. MAYBE YOU'RE NOT SURE WHERE YOU STAND WITH MOTHERHOOD AND YOU'RE CURRENTLY THE FUN AUNT! MAYBE YOU HAVE A HOUSE FULL OF LITTLES OR A HOUSE FULL OF TEENS. MAYBE BEING A MOTHER IS NOTHING LIKE YOU EXPECTED OR EVERYTHING YOU DREAMED IT WOULD BE.

WHEREVER YOU ARE IN YOUR MOTHERHOOD JOURNEY, WE SEE YOU.

BEING A MAMA IS ONE OF LIFE’S GREATEST GIFTS AND GREATEST CHALLENGES, AND BEFORE YOU WERE A MAMA, YOU WERE YOU.

SOMETIMES AS MAMAS , WE NEED SPACE, TIME, PERMISSION, AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO COME BACK TO OURSELVES, SO, WE’RE GOING TO DO JUST THAT.

JOIN US ON MAY 11TH FROM 9AM - 1PM AT THE STUNNING BRITISH HOUSE ON THE SPRUCE MEADOWS GROUNDS FOR A CUP- FILLING MORNING THAT IS ALL ABOUT YOU. A LOVING SPACE TO PAUSE, BE PRESENT, INVEST IN AND CARE FOR YOU. AN INVITATION TO DIVE IN AND WALK AWAY FEELING LIGHTER, GRATEFUL, AND WITH EVEN 1% MORE SELF LOVE.

First and foremost, I'm a child at heart always... but someone also trusted me to be a mom of 3 kids ages 3 and under 🙃 I'm a believer, wife, friend, leader, masters of counselling psychology student, foodie, coach, world traveller, forever-learner, visionary, sister, daughter, recovering control freak/perfectionist, entrepreneur, introverted extrovert, dreamer, and lover of life and the everyday miracles that are there if we look for them.

I have been blessed (and beautifully cursed) with a heart that loves like crazy, 111% of the time! My little girl is the light of my life; her and my hubs are my number ones forever! I am a daughter, best friend, dog mama, birth & postpartum doula, caregiver, photographer, will-be writer, work in progress, obsessed-with-adventure-traveller, ‘one tree hill’ quoting, road trip loving (before my child decided she hates the car), original swiftie, who likes to dream big, love hard, and always find the magic in the moments of beautiful chaos!

About us and our "why" for Moms Who Dream:

For 13 years (plus 1 more), before husbands, babies, mortgages, careers… we were to young women; two best friends ready to take on the world! Literally…we spent most of our young, wild, and free days on a plane, in a car, on a night bus, sometimes a boat, on a scooter, and getting lost somewhere on the map, together, as dreamers... with a journal and treats not far out of reach!

We’ve been on more than 15 trips together, which included 8 countries, 7 states, and a lot of miles carrying a backpack! We were there for the heartbreaks, late nights, concerts, fireworks, mistakes, laughs, loss, love, and all of the moments in between that we are blessed to call life! Between the two of us, we've learned a lot, spent a lot of time growing as humans (shout out to our counsellors ;) ), experienced a lot, gained unique perspective, deepened our faith, grew our confidence, and continued on.

With 4 living children between us, 4 angel babies, and 2 husbands (1 each haha) who’ve been lucky enough to come along for the ride (just kidding boys, we’d be lost without ya!), we’ve found ourselves here, ready for what comes next! Thanks to life surprising us more than a few times, Jesus having a great sense of humour, and more than our fair share of guardian angels… we are finally coming together in a new way, to create a little bit of magic alongside you that we hope each and every single one of you can take home in your heart after this special day of collaboration, connection, movement, and self love.
