Join us for the Moms Support Group at YMCA Camp Surf in Imperial Beach!
This month’s gathering will feature Dr. Madeline Ofina, Ph.D., a Psychologist & Consultant who will lead a group discussion on the importance of supporting the entire family unit.
We’ll close the meeting with a guided affirmations session for moms and a calming breathing exercise on the outdoor patio. Feel free to bring a blanket or a light jacket, as it may get cool.

Directions:
After entering YMCA Camp Surf, follow the road until you reach a “T” intersection and turn left (there should be a sign). Continue to the end of the road, then turn left again into the large parking lot. The meeting will be held in the Reef Room, located next to the parking lot (circled on the map).
