Join us for the Moms Support Group at The View at Seacoast in Imperial Beach!
This month’s gathering will feature Dr. Madeline Ofina, Ph.D., a Psychologist & Consultant who will lead a group discussion on the importance of supporting the entire family unit.
We’ll close the meeting with a guided affirmations session for moms and a calming breathing exercise. Our meeting will be held on a beautiful rooftop overlooking the ocean this September.

Getting Here:
Free street parking is available along Seacoast Drive and the surrounding cross streets. The View at Seacoast is conveniently located directly across from the Imperial Beach Pier.
Our meeting will be held on the rooftop—simply take the elevator to the top floor upon arrival.

For your comfort, we recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a yoga mat or blanket for the breathing exercise.
