Healing Mama Stuido is for MOMS ONLY. We cater and Specialize in Postpartum Treatment for moms of all ages and stages in their parenting walk of life. We believe that every mom is on their own HEALING JOURNEY.

Weekly Schedule: (classes are 40-50min long)

Mon- Breathwork Exercies- 6:30pm

reducing stress and anxiety to improving sleep and mood. It may also help with the symptoms of certain physical illnesses. Popular breathwork meditation exercises include 4-7-8 breathing, box breathing, and alternate nostril breathing

Tues- Journaling Workshop- 6:30pm

helps you create order when your world feels like it's in chaos. You get to know yourself by revealing your most private fears, thoughts, and feelings. Look at your writing time as personal relaxation time. It's a time when you can de-stress and wind down.

Wed- Relaxing Meditation Class- 6:30pm

allows your brain to learn at its own pace how to be present in the here and now and how to extend that awareness to everyday activities. As with any habit, daily meditation becomes easier when it's part of your routine.

Thurs- Postpartum Talks- 6:30pm

will have one live or televised speaker to share their postpartum journey. Building community is key and sharing personal stories helps all moms to manuever the daily struggles of mom life.
