Moms on the Run

Mamas, let's get mooooving!

Every Wednesday we meet at Amboy Park to run a 5K along the beautiful French Broad River Greenway, strollers welcome or not, totally up to you! We meet in the parking lot at 9 AM and start running by 9:15.

**NO MEETUP OCTOBER 14TH**

All paces are welcome here. I'll pair everyone up with a run buddy based on their pace, so nobody gets left behind and nobody runs alone unless they want to. Whether you're pushing a stroller, easing back into movement, or chasing a personal best, there's a place for you!

Afterward, stick around and hang out for a bit or head to a nearby spot for coffee, whatever the group is feeling that day.

What to bring: water, sunscreen, and if you've got littles along, plenty of snacks and diapers.

No RSVP required, just show up. However, a quick heads up that you're coming helps me know how many mamas to expect. Can't wait to move with you!!!

A little about me: I'm Jasper!! A fitness and nutrition coach and the mama behind Liberated Nourishment. I help women break free from diet culture and build a relationship with food, movement, and their bodies rooted in self respect instead of shame. I'm starting this run club because motherhood can feel isolating, and I wanted a space to move alongside other moms who care about their health the way I do, not from pressure or punishment, but from genuine love for themselves.
