All cancellations made less than 13 days out from event are NOT eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please understand, we have minimum headcounts in order to host each event. We schedule our staff, order food, and supplies, in advance to ensure that each event is safe and well-prepared for.
Potty Trained: Our Mom's Morning Out events are for kids ages potty trained and up. Our system recognizes this age as 4 years old. We define "potty trained" as the ability to fully use the restroom, wipe, flush, undress and redress, and wash hands, 100% independently with absolutely no assistance from our staff.
