Moms In Balance: Navigating Postpartum Wellness with baby

Join us for a 6-week, psychologist-led series for moms and babies ages 6 weeks - 6 months. We aim to foster community and connection through weekly topical discussions and developmental play. Topics will include navigating maternal identity, self-care with an infant, evolving relationships, mom guilt, and more. We hope to provide a weekly touchstone for support as you build your village and navigate the postpartum journey.
