Our Mom’s Day Out Workout – May 7th at 5PM is designed specifically for moms who’ve never tried our gym before. Instead of walking in alone, you’ll be surrounded by other moms trying something new too. No pressure, no long-term commitment — just a fun, high-energy hour for you while your school aged kids hit the mats.
It’s the perfect Mother’s Day season excuse to finally do something for yourself. And yes… it’s FREE for first timers. 💪
