Hammond's first babywearing and pregnancy-friendly class that focuses on functional strength, mobility, pelvic floor connection, and deep core activation to support your evolving body and taught by a pelvic floor specialist and local mother.
Designed to help you feel aligned, confident, and deeply connected to your strength in this season of motherhood.
This class is perfect for new moms, second time moms, pregnant women, mommies with babies and moms attending alone for some self-care.
This class welcomes the community to move with intention and expert guidance to feel more connected with your body and to build community while mastering your matrescence.
This is a nurturing space, so 1 little (3 & under) is invited to attend per mom while maintaining respect and personal boundaries for other class participants and the studio space.
