Mommy + Me Class

Mommy & Me is a supportive, low pressure movement class designed for moms with little ones up to age 4. This is your space to move your body, rebuild strength, and connect with other moms who understand this season of life.

Babies in the carrier stage are encouraged to be worn, please bring your carrier. Crawling and walking little ones are welcome to roam and free play near you. Every class unfolds a little differently depending on the kiddos in the room, and that flexibility is built into the experience.

All exercises are fully modifiable. You will never feel like you cannot participate. Our instructor meets you where you are and offers adjustments to support your body, whether you are newly postpartum or further along in your fitness journey.

The studio is located on the first floor with no stairs for easy access. Strollers can be parked directly in front of the studio and are monitored by front desk staff. A portable changing table is available inside the studio, and we have a water station on site, just bring your cup.

Expect movement, encouragement, community, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are!

Class starts at 12:15 and 1:15pm.
