Partner with your child in fun, animated poses as we travel to Yogaland! We’ll bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose and flutter our butterfly wings as we balance, stretch, sing, and play yoga!Kids' Yogaland’s Mommy and Me classes provide a unique opportunity for parents and children to bond while exploring the world of yoga together. This 45-minute class, suitable for children aged 2 to 6, also includes age-appropriate relaxation techniques.
We extend a warm welcome to daddies and grandparents to join in this joyful and enriching experience.
