Welcome mamas! Let me help you stay healthy, bond with baby and build community! See below for details:
Join us for yoga in the park with your littles (up to two kiddos 0-5 years).
There's a suggested donation of $13 which covers:
- 50 minutes of restorative yoga
- Activities to keep the kiddos entertained while you work out
- Keeping the service going at a low cost

What to bring:
*Yourself (baby is optional)
*Water
*Yoga mat (I have a few to lend out if you don't have one)
Location: Will be sent via dm a day in advance to those who respond "going"
Notes:
-Reserve your spot: select "Going."
-Weather: I monitor regularly to make sure we can stay dry and I use tarps to keep us dry.
