About this Event

Join us for a joyful and interactive yoga class designed for children 4-10 years old, along with a grown up! This playful session combines yoga poses, music, and storytelling to build strength, coordination, and mindfulness in a fun and engaging way. Grown ups and children will bond through movement, stretch their imaginations, and enjoy quality time together. No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring your sense of adventure and a willingness to move, play, and have FUN!
